Sudan’s prime minister to head to South Sudan

Prime minister Abdalla Hamdok will travel to South Sudan next Thursday. This will be the first visit of Hamdok as a prime minister.

According to a government spokesperson, minister of culture and information Faisal Mohammed Saleh, Hamdok will be accompanied by the ministers of foreign affairs, interior, trade, industry, and energy and mining.

The foreign visit will be dedicated to a discussion of the bilateral relations and mutual cooperation between the countries.
