Mr. Zambia, Sylvester Mwila, says he is going to raise Zambian body-building to the international level this year, by winning the Mr. Arnold Classics competition.
Mr. Mwila is confident of his chances to win the South African event scheduled on May 17.
He explains that apart from restless training, he has gained enough experience to win because he has been taking part in the event for the last three years.
Mr. Mwila is also looking forward to the Mr. Africa title to take place in Angola in August this year.
The nine-time Mr. Zambia champion is one of the three body-builders selected to represent the country at the Mr. Arnold Classics competition.
2018 Mr. Zambia runner-up, Clement Shamboko, is the country’s second representative, while the third participator is not named yet.
