A former African National Congress (ANC) MP Makhosi Khoza has confirmed her resignation from the Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (OUTA).
According to Khoza, the decision means she is retiring from politics. The course for Khoza’s future is not yet clear.
Makhosi Khoza resigned from the ruling party, the African National Congress (ANC), in 2017 and founded her own political party, the African Democratic Change (ADeC). However, her work at the party failed when it was almost immediately split by factions. The members later demanded her resignation.
She tweeted earlier that the ADeC was “alive and well”. As Khoza said, her 27-year-old daughter, Zama Member had been assigned as a Parliament candidate under ADeC.
Visit my Facebook timeline. I have just endorsed my 27-year-old daughter, Zama Member of Parliament candidacy under ADeC. ADeC is alive and well.
