The pupils re-entered the Holy Cross Primary School in District Six after a devastating fire. As it has been previously reported, a strong fire destroyed the school library, kitchen, three classrooms and a computer lab on Thursday, February 7th.
It has been reported that the school property and pupils’ personal belongings suffered as a result of the fire. In other words, the children lost their school bags and stationery.
On Saturday, the Holy Cross Primary School teachers organized a meeting with the pupil’s parents and provided a more detailed account of the incident.
At the moment, the local authorities are investigating the circumstances and causes of the fire.
