The state-owned airline SA Express will reestablish regular flights between Cape Town and Walvis Bay in Namibia. The decision to resume air flights was made when the company’s management tried to restore the flight schedule after a long break.

Regular air services were suspended in May 2018, and the South African Civil Aviation Authority reported serious security problems that caused the airline to cease operations.

On Sunday, SA Express will also launch flights between Cape Town and Bloemfontein.
